PerformCare Application Assistance
Navigating the PerformCare application process can be overwhelming. PerformCare provides access to publicly funded services for children up to age 21 with behavioral or developmental disabilities through New Jersey’s System of Care (NJSOC).
Services available through PerformCare include:
- Respite care for families
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Assistive technology
- Up to two weeks of summer camp
- And more depending on your child’s needs
We walk you through every step of the application, from gathering the right documentation to understanding what services your child may qualify for. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

What is PerformCare?
PerformCare is the contracted system administrator for the NJ Children’s System of Care (CSOC). They serve as the single point of access for families seeking behavioral health and developmental disability services for children and young adults.
